54 Years, 19,710 Days – Honoring My Body, My Identity, and My Marriage

In just a few weeks, I’ll be 54 years old. That’s 19,710 days on this earth. And if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this:

💡 How you treat your body is a direct reflection of how you see yourself.

For me, taking care of my body isn’t about vanity—it’s about reverence. Reverence for the life I’ve been given. Reverence for my identity as a Kingdom woman. Reverence for the temple I’ve been entrusted with.

And let’s be real—having a husband 10 years younger than me keeps me on my toes! But I wouldn’t have it any other way. It challenges me to stay sharp, stay strong, and stay intentional with my health, my energy, and how I show up.

The Hard Truth About Marriage & Self-Care

I see it all the time—women who do all the things to take care of themselves…
Until they get married.

Then, slowly, the effort fades. The workouts stop. The food choices slip. The confidence they once carried diminishes.

That’s dishonoring.

Because here’s what I know:
🚨 If my husband stopped taking care of himself, if he let himself go, got a belly, and lost his drive—that would be a problem for me.

Not because of looks alone, but because:
1️⃣ Self-care = self-respect.
2️⃣ Your body is a reflection of your capacity.
3️⃣ As a wife, I am called to call out the KING in my husband.

And a true King and Queen rise together.

I don’t want a partner who’s barely surviving—I want one who’s thriving.
And I expect the same from myself.

Stop Blaming "Depression" – Start Moving

Now, let me be real with you…

Some of y’all are just lazy. And instead of taking action, you’re calling it “depression.”

💥 Get off the couch.
💥 Get in the gym.
💥 Lift some weights.
💥 Eat real food.
💥 Show up for YOURSELF.

Because the moment you commit to honoring your body, your mind shifts. Your energy shifts. Your marriage shifts.

If You’re Ready—Truly Ready—I Have a Few Spots Open.

But let me be clear:
👉🏼 I don’t work with women who “kind of” want it.
👉🏼 I work with women who are DONE making excuses and are READY to rise.

If that’s you, let’s go.

📌 Hire me.
Because I love you enough to tell you the truth.
