Your voice isn’t broken. You’re just speaking a language they don’t understand.

– Warrior Woman Leadership Code

There was a day I’ll never forget.

It wasn’t the day I made a big sale. It wasn’t the day I launched a new program. It wasn’t the day I stood on stage and had a room full of women nodding and crying and rising to their feet.

It was a Tuesday.
And it was quiet.
Too quiet.

I had just told my teenage son the same thing I’d told him every morning for a week.

“Can you please clean up your room before you leave?”

He looked at me with that face only a teenager can give.
The one that says, “Are you seriously talking to me again about this?”
And then… he walked out.

I stood there in the hallway, not angry.
Just… exhausted.
Like I had just given my energy away and gotten nothing back.

I’d felt it with my husband too.
I’d say something from my heart—something that mattered—and it was like it missed.
And in business, even with my high-performing coaching clients and peers, sometimes I’d lay out a vision or give direction and… it just didn’t click.

That’s when I realized something painful:
My voice wasn’t broken.
But I was using it the wrong way.

🎯 The moment it all changed...

I began asking different questions.
Not “What do I need to say differently?”
But,
💡 “How do THEY need to hear it?”

That’s what led me to create the Warrior Woman Leadership Code assessment.
Not just to help others—but because I needed it myself.

I realized that I’m an Execution Powerhouse.
I move fast. I get things done. I don’t do drama.
But not everyone moves like that.
Some people need connection before correction.
Some need to understand the WHY.
Some need to feel safe before they can act.

And if I want to be heard… I have to first understand who I’m speaking to.

⚔️ That’s why I created the FastTrack Guide.

It’s for the days when you don’t have time to re-read your assessment.
It’s for the moment you’re staring at your team wondering why they aren’t following your lead.
It’s for the late-night talk with your spouse when the words are getting tangled and the heart is getting hurt.
It’s for the mom who’s trying to get her kids to respect her voice—without raising it.

This guide doesn’t just tell you about your type…
It helps you use it.
Lead with it.
Speak with it.
Build with it.
Connect through it.

🛑 You don’t need another personality test.

You need a roadmap for how to lead and live in your full power.
This is it.

If you’ve taken the assessment, this free guide is already waiting for you.
If you haven’t—what are you waiting for?

And if you’re feeling what I felt in that hallway—
Like your voice isn’t landing,
Like your strength isn’t being received,
Like you’re leading but not connecting—

Then you don’t just need the guide.
You need to be in the room.

🔥 Warrior Day isn’t a conference.

It’s a collision between who you are and who you’re called to be.

We dive deep into this leadership code.
We talk about business, marriage, parenting, and purpose.
We don’t just teach strategy—we strengthen identity.
And we do it in a room full of other Warrior Women who are done being misunderstood, and ready to lead from their full truth.

So figure it out.
Get there.
Your voice is too powerful to stay stuck.
